At AI Simplifier, Steve runs operations and finance. Tom Lambotte works out the simplest version of a thing, and Steve builds the system that makes it repeatable. He helps founders reclaim hours every week, build AI-powered workflows that scale, and turn strategic thinking into measurable business outcomes.
