AI for coaches, consultants, and advisory firms

35 coaches, consultants, and advisory firm founders have run the AI Sprint for Founders. Their thinking is the product. AI made it sharper, kept it in their voice, and got the rest off their plate.

Four live sessions with Tom Lambotte and Steve French. Built for people who sell judgment and cannot afford to sound like a machine.

Industries

Your clients' industries are on this list too. Over half of our founders work in regulated fields.

Stefan's client proposals went from six hours to five minutes. The first one out of the new template closed a quarter-million pound contract.

Stefan runs Empowered, a culture measurement and improvement company, and was weeks from the biggest launch in the company's history when he joined the Sprint: 25 culture modules with playbooks and guides.

His first move was the proposal. "We use the three experts to completely review our client proposal that we sent out after a call. We then incorporated that with some work on Claude Design, and ended up creating a proposal template that meant that we just agreed a quarter of a million pound contract with a client, and we've managed to get 3 more out the door." A proposal that took about six hours now takes about five minutes.

He wanted certification and badging for the 25 modules, so he used the Three Experts framework to produce the thought leadership and research document behind it, which "frankly would have probably cost 15, 20,000 if we'd commissioned a consultancy."

The same framework went to work on the plumbing. "We're just in the process of migrating from Salesforce to HubSpot, and we used the Three Experts tool to help us analyse and settle on a great migration process."

His own tally after four weeks: "On the one project I just did, it must have comfortably saved me 20 hours, but I'm using it for different projects all the time."

Hours back

“I've probably doubled the amount of content that I've created in like the last two weeks as compared to the last four months.”

Stephen Hart, DedON

Stephen runs a retail rollout consultancy and is the visionary without an integrator. Talking instead of typing was, in his words, the single biggest thing even though it seemed like the most simple. His favorite question now: what am I missing?

“We would have spent 25 grand on a report. That took me basically 45 minutes to create.”

Jim Smale, Redpath Consulting Group

Jim runs a Salesforce consultancy in the middle of an EOS reboot. He ran a leadership dynamics question through the Three Experts and showed the result to his business partner. He also built an AI Adoption Champion role, with salary and interview rubrics, the same way.

“LOIs for M and A department that usually used to cost us 6000 bucks and take about two weeks. It cost us nothing and take about 6 minutes.”

Wayne Einhorn, Inner Circle Broker Coaching

Wayne coaches owners of residential real estate brokerages and runs an M&A book alongside it. NDAs, letters of intent, and engagement agreements now come out of his voice assistant. He came in skeptical of the 10x claim and said so on the last call: "you delivered."

Off the founder's plate

“That meeting tool is just huge for me and my team, and has actually allowed two of the gals on my team to take on additional clients because of the time that they're saving.”

Becky Boland, EOS Worldwide

Becky's team are fractional practice managers for EOS implementers and executive coaches. Clients want them in every meeting, which is impossible, so clients now send transcripts and the Meeting Momentum Maker does the rest. Her assistant runs her Substack with her voice assistant. Her words on the first draft: close to copy-paste publish.

“My team's loving my personal chat bot and I'm removing myself as an obstacle and a block to workflows and correspondence within the company.”

James Lockwood, The Thriving Couple

James coaches couples using business strategy tools his wife brought home from her EOS practice. He turned his weekly marketing calls into a knowledge bot his team can ask, moved his email to voice, and now has coaches working for him in Raleigh, Michigan, and Ohio.

“I'm verbally creating it and being able to delegate it, get it posted. I'm energized. I'm a creator. I absolutely love this. I'm in my seat now.”

Aileen Reyes-Picknell, Conscious Asset

Aileen runs reliability strategy consulting for asset-intensive companies. Social content that used to sit undone is now dictated and handed off. Her report in Week 4: more time, in December, with new people stepping forward.

Better thinking, delivered to clients

“It hasn't replaced my thinking. It's amplified it so much so that when I'm having those conversations with my clients, they hadn't considered that as a possibility for themselves, either.”

Teresa Easler, Connect To The Core

Teresa Easler, Connect To The Core

Teresa has coached at Strategic Coach for 30 years. Her team's output is up 40 to 50 percent with the same people and the same hours. Once a week she runs an AI collaborative session where the team watches how she works a problem, and it starts sparking ideas for them.

“There's something powerful in pulling what's in their head and their experience, getting that captured, and then taking everything that's out on the internet and blending those two together, and identifying some opportunities.”

Rod Whitson, EOS Worldwide

Rod runs a SWOT by product line with a client's leadership team, feeds it to Claude alongside competitor sites and price sheets, and feeds the result back into the EOS three-year picture and one-year plan. Clients leave with five or six things to implement. He has since referred a client into the Sprint.

“Using the three experts over and over again has been very, very eye opening and we've had some pretty major breakthroughs.”

Brendon Dennewill, Denamico

Brendon runs a HubSpot and revenue operations consultancy in Minneapolis. His top three from the Sprint: voice, obstacles, and opportunities, and he is using the frameworks to plan the coming year.

What coaches and consultants bring to the Sprint

Five things come up, in their own words.

The fear that it will flatten your voice. This is the objection coaches walk in with, because your voice is the product. Teresa Easler's answer after four weeks: it amplified her thinking. Becky Boland handed her voice assistant to her assistant, who now runs her Substack, and the first draft was close to copy-paste publish. Stephen Hart doubled his content output in two weeks by talking instead of typing.

The proposal, the report, the deliverable. Stefan Wissenbach cut a six-hour proposal to five minutes and closed a quarter-million pound contract with the first one. Jim Smale produced in 45 minutes what his partner said would have been a $25,000 report. Wayne Einhorn's NDAs and letters of intent went from $6,000 and two weeks to nothing and six minutes.

Being in every client meeting. Becky Boland's fractional team cannot attend every client meeting, so clients send transcripts and the Meeting Momentum Maker turns them into action. Two of her team took on additional clients with the time it freed.

Thinking with the client. Rod Whitson pulls what is in a leadership team's heads, blends it with everything public about their market, and feeds it back into their EOS plan. Brian Sullivan asked the Three Experts who his first two key hires should be and got a list of specific people. Julia Waller, 28 years at Strategic Coach, said the working session format is what made it stick: doing it live while Tom talked it through.

The team. James Lockwood's team asks his knowledge bot instead of waiting on him. Becky Boland's team took on more clients. Teresa Easler's team output is up 40 to 50 percent with the same people.

Four live sessions. You bring your own work. You leave with systems that run.

The four weeks, in advisory firm terms

  1. Week 1
    Voice
Quit typing, start talking. Your newsletter, client follow-up, and proposal cover note come out sounding like you. This is where Becky Boland's Substack became something her assistant could publish.
  2. Week 2
    Time
Find the 10 hours hiding in the week: meeting follow-up, content, and the proposal that takes a Saturday. Build the workflows that take them back. Stephen Hart doubled his output here.
  3. Week 3
    Obstacles
Use the Three Experts framework on the problems that stall a practice: a pricing model, a hire, a client's strategy question, and a system migration. Stefan Wissenbach ran his proposal through it. Jim Smale ran his accountability chart.
  4. Week 4
    Opportunities
Turn what you know into something that scales past you: a team that runs on your thinking, and a client deliverable that used to be impossible at your price. Teresa Easler's team is producing project plans she could never get to her standard before.

Frequently asked questions

My value is my thinking. Won't AI make me sound like everyone else?

That is the first thing we solve, in Week 1, and it is why coaches get so much out of this. You build an assistant trained on how you write and think, from your own material. Teresa Easler, 30 years at Strategic Coach, put it plainly: it amplified her thinking. Becky Boland's assistant now publishes her Substack from a first draft she called close to copy-paste publish.

What about my clients' confidential information?

You control what goes into an AI tool, and we teach you exactly where that line is. Rod Whitson's client workshops use what the leadership team says in the room plus public market information. Becky Boland's team works from transcripts clients choose to send. The frameworks work on your thinking and your process first.

I'm a solo practice. Is this still worth it?

Aileen Reyes-Picknell, James Lockwood, and Stephen Hart all came in essentially solo. Each of them left with the founder's plate cleared enough to grow: Aileen's content is delegated, James now has coaches in three states, and Stephen doubled his output. When you do add a team, the AI Sprint for Teams gets them on the same systems.

Which AI tool do I need?

The frameworks work in any AI tool. We work in Claude, and they transfer to Copilot, Gemini, or whatever you or your clients already use. Jim Smale runs a Google shop and built his in Gemini alongside Claude. You learn how to think with AI.

How much time does this take?

Four live 90-minute sessions over four weeks, plus the time you spend applying it to your own work between sessions. We record every session. Most founders report the time back within the first two weeks.

Who runs it?

Tom Lambotte and Steve French, co-founders of AI Simplifier. Tom has coached Tony Robbins one-on-one on AI and trained Peter Diamandis's leadership team. Steve has spent 30 years putting technology to work for leaders and teams. Tom has been in Strategic Coach for over 10 years, which is where many of the coaches on this page first met him.
