Industries / Physicians, Surgeons, and Practice Owners
50 healthcare founders have run the AI Sprint for Founders: plastic surgery, psychiatry, functional medicine, home health and hospice, chiropractic, veterinary, health IT, and 37 independent pharmacies. No patient data went into an AI tool.
Four live sessions with Tom Lambotte and Steve French. Built for people who run a practice and a business at the same time, inside HIPAA, state licensing board rules, and the equivalent wherever else they practice.
Healthcare founders
Physicians, surgeons, practice owners, home health, health IT, and 37 independent pharmacy owners who completed the Sprint.
Founders
Founders and owners across 18 industries who have completed the AI Sprint for Founders.
Regulated
More than half of our founders work in healthcare, finance, legal, or insurance.
Clint owns a home health and hospice company and came into the Sprint with one question: how to use AI for the nursing staff and for every other part of the business without stepping outside HIPAA.
He works inside Microsoft Copilot because, in his words, that is what he has to use in healthcare, and it connects to his calendar and email. The Sprint frameworks moved into that environment with him. He built his voice assistant in Week 1, then loaded the same voice profile into his dictation tool so it wrote like him there too.
The win he talked about most belonged to someone else. "I had an employee that was doing a lot of charting, a nurse, and it just takes hours, and yesterday I was able to work through and help her through some things. And at the end of the day she called me and said that she believes she saved 3 hours yesterday. And for charting. I'm like, game on now."
When he ran his full task list through the Weekly Flow Maximizer: "It really did become pretty evident how much you just be deleted, and how many times I put the same thing on my list."
And on the Three Experts: "I've done things similar where I've had it interview me or ask me questions. But having the 3 experts go back and forth. That's a big one for me."
“In four simple sessions I have probably recovered ten hours a week easily.”
Vito C. Quatela, MD, Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery
Dr. Quatela runs a plastic surgery, hair restoration, and medical spa practice in Rochester and has been a Strategic Coach client since 2001. He came in calling himself a newbie with this material. Two of his surgeons, Dr. Ashley Amalfi and Dr. Heather Lee, went through the Sprint after him.
“I'm already using AI for my note taking and it's a game changer, not just in the speed and the completeness of the note, but it changes how my brain works.”
David Mattinen, Core Insight Chiropractic
Dave has practiced for 27 years alongside his wife, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law, and had just opened a second location. His email problem was a common one for clinicians: not in the mood, rushed, and too abrupt. He systematized it so the right email goes out whether or not he feels like writing it.
“It saves me a tremendous amount of time. I don't type as much as I used to, and that's a step in the right direction.”
Kishor Solanki, Triohm
Kishor runs IT, EHR, and medical billing services for physician practices. Steve French's aside on the call: when Kishor says he is saving significant time, that means a lot.
“This feels like I'm sitting at an international conference with experts and they're problem solving my issues. They're sitting down at the table, all focused on you.”
Kenny Handelman, MD, Centre for Integrative Mental Health
Dr. Handelman is a psychiatrist who runs an ADHD clinic outside Toronto. He was the live example for voice cloning in Week 1 and said the writing style it defined was accurate. He had been using AI as, in his words, a glorified search engine.
“Actually sitting here working on it during the presentation was one of the greatest gifts. I've tried to get personal.ai up and running before, and the friction there was substantial.”
David Haase, MD, MaxWell Clinic
Dr. Haase runs a systems medicine clinic in Nashville and raised the HIPAA question in Week 1: patients email him information, and he works inside Google Workspace. He kept working inside that environment and used the Three Experts on patient intake and navigation for a clinic with many service lines.
“He said, beautifully put together, zero AI traces.”
Dr. Michelle Alden, Healthy Foundations
Michelle runs in-home parent coaching and behavioral therapy for post-adoption families. Her content had been good but her AI was showing. She installed her voice, and Tom's note back was the one she wrote down. Her Week 3 hot seat rebuilt her seven-email opt-in sequence.
“I am getting a lot of pushback about privacy, and so then I asked it about pushing things to Notion. And I've made it a skill that it can't read anything that contains personal information.”
Dr. Katrin Schmidt, DVM, veterinary practice owner
Katrin co-owns a veterinary hospital and ran into the same objection every practice hears. Her answer was to build the guardrail herself, as a skill. She now uses Claude as a daily accountability assistant and has five to seven team members joining the next Teams cohort.
“It wasn't a training. It was a reset.”
Praveen Suthrum, CEO, NextServices
Praveen's company did revenue cycle management, medical billing, and coding for practices. In his words, that entire operation is now run by automations internally, and he and a partner are extending that to clinical and front-office operations for clients.
“I built my bot, then shared it actually with my EA as well and then they went on to create their own.”
Nick Gambini, Founder, Elite Medical
Nick puts private clinics inside large employers across the West Coast. His executive assistant used to draft emails that sat unapproved because they did not sound like him. Now the voice assistant does, and he is rolling the same approach to his leadership team and the Weekly Planner to a C-suite operator.
Who has already done this
50 healthcare founders and operators. Every one checked against their own website.
A plastic surgery, hair restoration, and medical spa practice, and two of its surgeons. A double board-certified physician practicing functional and hormone medicine. An integrative and systems medicine clinic doing root-cause diagnostics. Psychiatry, ADHD assessment and treatment. A chiropractic and massage therapy clinic with a second location. Home health and hospice care. Employer-sponsored onsite clinics and preventive health programs. Behavioral health and acute rehabilitation program management for hospitals. In-home parent coaching and behavioral therapy for post-adoption families. A veterinary hospital.
All-in-one IT, EHR, and medical billing for physician practices. Revenue cycle management and health IT for gastroenterology practices.
And 37 independent pharmacies: compounding, long-term care, multi-location groups of five, nine, 14, and 17 stores, and single-store owners who have served their town since 1903.
If you run a practice, someone who runs what you run has already done this.
Four things eat a practice owner's week, in their own words.
HIPAA, first and always. Dr. David Haase said it in Week 1: the challenge is being in a HIPAA-secure environment, patients email him information, and he is uncomfortable having AI interact with his inbox. Fair. No patient data went into an AI tool. What went in was the owner's own writing, processes, business decisions, and team workflow. Clint Hoopes works inside Copilot because that is what healthcare requires of him, and the frameworks moved in with him. Dr. Katrin Schmidt built a skill that refuses to read anything containing personal information.
The clinician who also runs the business. Dr. Vito Quatela got 10 hours a week back in four sessions. Dr. Kenny Handelman found that talking instead of typing let him stop filtering. Dave Mattinen systematized the emails he was too tired to write well.
The team you cannot clone. Clint Hoopes coached a nurse through her charting workflow and she called him at the end of the day having saved three hours. Nick Gambini's executive assistant now drafts in his voice, and his C-suite operator runs the Weekly Planner. Dr. Quatela sent two surgeons through after him. Dr. Schmidt is sending five to seven.
The message that has to sound like you. Dr. Michelle Alden's content was good but her AI was showing. She installed her voice and the next piece came back with, in Tom's words, zero AI traces.
Four live sessions. You bring your own work. You leave with systems that run.

Send me the reportNo patient data went into an AI tool, and we teach you exactly where that line is. The work practice owners do in the Sprint is about their own communication, processes, business decisions, and team. That is where the hours are. If your practice already runs inside Microsoft Copilot or Google Workspace, the frameworks move in with you. Clint Hoopes and Dr. David Haase both did exactly that.
Dr. Vito Quatela called himself a newbie with this material and got 10 hours a week back in four sessions. Dr. Kenny Handelman had been using AI as a glorified search engine. The Sprint is voice-first: you talk, it writes, you approve. The clinical judgment stays yours. What changes is everything around it.
Yes. The AI Sprint for Teams runs alongside the Founders edition so your practice manager, front desk lead, and billing team build the same systems. Dr. Quatela's two surgeons went through after him. Dr. Katrin Schmidt is bringing five to seven of her team. Nick Gambini started with his executive assistant.
The frameworks work in any AI tool. We work in Claude, and they transfer to Copilot, Gemini, or whatever your compliance officer has approved. Clint Hoopes runs everything inside Copilot. Dr. David Haase stays inside Google Workspace. You learn how to think with AI, and that carries wherever you work.
Four live 90-minute sessions over four weeks, plus the time you spend applying it to your own work between sessions. We record every session. Most founders report the time back within the first two weeks.
Tom Lambotte and Steve French, co-founders of AI Simplifier. Tom has coached Tony Robbins one-on-one on AI and trained Peter Diamandis's leadership team. Steve has spent 30 years putting technology to work for leaders and teams. Tom has been in Strategic Coach for over 10 years, which is where many of the practice owners on this page first met him.
Next Sprint begins November 3, 2026
The Show Your Work promise: do the weekly actions, show up to office hours, and if you are not saving 10 or more hours a week by day 21, we keep working with you free until you are. 225 founders in, not a single person has asked for their money back.
50 healthcare founders have done this without putting patient data into an AI tool. You already know what you would do with 10 hours back.

Four live sessions with Tom and Steve. Bring your own work. Leave with systems that run.
The same four weeks, built for the people who run the practice day to day. Dr. Schmidt is bringing five to seven.
A practice-wide rollout when you want every location and every desk running on the same systems, inside the environment your compliance team already approved.
